rebekah hurst (b. 1998) is an interdisciplinary artist and educator from San Antonio, Texas. hurst has shown their work with institutions including Beco Gallery (KCMO), The University of Texas at San Antonio, Presa House Gallery, The Randy Guthmiller Center for the Advancement of the Arts, Fl!ght Gallery, and The San Antonio Art League and Museum. Their work examines institutional languages, anachronism, and mundane poeticism to explore a post-capitalist future and reveal the artifice and fluidity of social structures.

As an educator, hurst has developed public programs for all age/ability levels with Artpace Inc, The Mammen Family Library, and Ruby City. Currently, hurst serves as a Fine Arts Educator for North Texas public schools.
